Who is Jeanine?
I am young at heart and full of life and motivation. I am dedicated to my role as
a trainer and am knowledgeable, versatile, a motivator, credible and accountable.
I am disciplined as an athlete myself and strives for success.

My client base ranges from sport specific athletes to the general public aiming
for the obvious:
to lose weight; stay fit and improve their general health and well-being.
Experience
In my 13 years of working as a Personal Trainer and Health & Fitness Manager, I’ve
claimed success with clients in weight loss, high-risk health conditions, body sculpting
and improving fitness levels and techniques for many athletes such as tennis, hockey,
soccer and rugby players.
These groups may be different in their goals, but all suffered from the same conditions,
such as low self-esteem, stress, lack of training structure, lack of motivation,
lack of knowledge in nutrition, physical and mental disabilities (for example: deafness,
blindness, brain cancer, depression) and injury related causes.
Each client has proven in their own unique way that within their own abilities it
is possible to over-achieve in their initial goal through determination, willpower;
discipline and perseverance.
